This mini-class is a shorter, more condensed version of the full 60 minute class. It offers a glimpse into the rhythm and structure of a full session—a thoughtful introduction to the practice that touches on the key elements, but with fewer postures and a quicker pace. It’s a great way to get a feel for the class before stepping into the full hour, or to maintain consistency when your calendar is over-booked.

Class Description:

Explore yoga with the support of a soft fabric hammock. This class combines traditional yoga postures with gentle suspension to help deepen stretches, enhance balance, and reduce pressure on your joints. Whether you’re partially supported or fully cradled by the hammock, you’ll enjoy a calm, playful practice that promotes strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Students at any level of yoga experience will enjoy this class.

Acessibility Limitations

Classes take place in a second-floor studio within a private home. Unfortunately, access involves climbing stairs both outside and inside, and there is no elevator or ramp available. I understand this may limit access for some, and I truly regret that I’m not able to accommodate everyone at this time.
