Two Kinds of Yoga Classes

Traditional Yoga

A steady, grounded practice that weaves together breath, mindful movement, and alignment. You’ll move through accessible poses with plenty of space to modify, explore, and take your time. It’s calm, supportive, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Hammock-Assisted Yoga

Experience yoga with the gentle lift of a soft fabric hammock. This calming, playful practice blends traditional poses with light suspension to help ease joint pressure, deepen stretches, and build balance. It’s supportive, refreshing, and open to all levels.

Two Class Lengths

60 Minute – Full Length Class ($30) This class offers the full experience: a well-rounded flow of warm-ups, standing poses, balances, hip and spinal work, and time to unwind in a restful closing. With more time, there’s room to settle into each shape, build focus, and explore the subtle benefits that unfold gradually.

30 minute – Mini Class ($15) This class is a shorter, more condensed version. It offers a glimpse into the rhythm and structure of a full session—a thoughtful introduction to the practice that touches on the key elements, but with fewer postures and a quicker pace. It’s a great way to get a feel for the class before stepping into the full hour, or to maintain consistency when your calendar is over-booked.

Both classes are designed to support strength, mobility, and calm—but the 60-minute format allows for a deeper, more complete journey.
