Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I understand that life happens—plans change, emergencies arise, and sometimes you need to adjust. Here’s how my policy works to keep things fair and flexible for everyone:
Canceling or Rescheduling

Up to 24 Hours Before Your Session:
You may cancel or reschedule your session at no charge. Just let me know by email or text before the 24-hour cutoff, and we’ll find a new time that works, or issue a full refund. -
Within 24 Hours Before Your Session:
If you need to cancel or reschedule between 1 and 24 hours before your class time, you'll get a 50% credit toward rescheduling, or refund of 50%. This helps me manage my schedule and honor the time I’ve reserved for you. -
Within 60 Minutes Before Your Session:
If you need to cancel with less than 60 minutes' notice (or if you do not come to your class) the full session fee applies and no refund or credit will be issued.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time so we can begin promptly.
- Late arrivals disrupt classes that have already begun. Admission to class after start time may not be possible.
