If you’re looking for truly personalized yoga guidance, private sessions might be the right fit. Whether you’re brand new, returning after a break, wanting to go deeper in your practice, or just can’t make it to scheduled class, one-on-one time gives you the space to grow at your own pace, with full support.
I offer private sessions of traditional mat-based yoga, hammock-assisted yoga, or a blend of both. Each session is tailored to you—your needs, your goals, your experience. Together, we’ll create something that feels both supportive and sustainable.
Two Ways to Work Together
Individual Private Sessions ($90)
Individual hour-long sessions offer focused, personalized instruction tailored to your goals and experience level. Each meeting can address what is most helpful in the moment, whether that is learning new techniques, refining alignment, managing stress through breath and movement, or developing practices you can use at home.
Four-Session Introductory Series ($340)
For those who prefer a more structured start, the four-session private series offers a guided introduction to building a consistent yoga practice.
Yoga tends to work best when practiced regularly. A single class can feel good in the moment, but many of the more meaningful benefits develop gradually through steady practice. This short series helps you get started with a clear structure, learn practical techniques you can continue at home, and begin building supportive habits.
Over four one-hour private sessions, you will:
- Explore simple practices tailored to your fitness level that can help reduce stress
- Learn to recognize signs of tension in the body and mind
- Practice techniques that support clearer thinking under pressure
- Build habits that encourage a more balanced daily rhythm
We begin with a brief intake conversation to understand your goals and interests. Each session builds on the last, and you’ll receive simple, time-manageable exercises you can practice between sessions to help reinforce what you’re learning. You may schedule your four sessions within up to eight week’s time.
Over time, those small practices create momentum. Once a home practice begins to take shape, any class you attend in the future can reinforce and strengthen that foundation.
