Host a Workshop with Michelle Dortignac
Experienced guidance, fresh perspective, and a thoughtful addition to your offerings.
If you’re looking to bring something meaningful and fresh to your students or staff, I’d love to help. I offer well-crafted workshops for yoga studios, wellness spaces, teacher trainings, and movement communities. With nearly three decades of teaching experience, including a focus on both traditional and hammock-assisted yoga, I bring a calm, clear, and grounded presence to every space I teach in.
These workshops aren’t about spectacle. They’re about depth, understanding, and giving people tools they can truly use in their personal practice, their teaching, and their day-to-day lives.
Designed with Your Community in Mind
Every workshop I offer is shaped around the unique needs of your community. Some studios are looking to create a special weekend event that brings people together. Others want to support their staff with continuing education that feels personal and relevant. Whatever your goals, I’ll work with you to design a session, or a series, that aligns with your values and vision.
Workshops can range from a few hours to a full day or more. Examples of workshops could include:
- Hammock-Assisted Yoga
A gentle introduction to aerial yoga for grounded practitioners - Exploring Alignment
Fine-tuning asana through awareness and subtle shifts - Core Support and Inversions
Building strength, ease, and stability - Rest, Reset, and Reconnect
Practices to soothe the nervous system and restore balance - Teaching with Presence
Developing intuitive awareness in your teaching - Private Lesson Skills for Teachers
How to adapt and respond in one-on-one sessions
If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, I’d be happy to collaborate on something custom that speaks to your audience.
A Guest Teacher Who Feels Like Part of the Team
I’ve been teaching yoga for over 25 years in homes, studios, and private wellness spaces throughout New York City. In 2006, I created Unnata® Aerial Yoga, presenting that course in yoga centers around the world. I now offer small-group and private sessions from my home studio in Lancaster, PA, and continue to study with my longtime teacher Sri Dharma Mittra.
Studios invite me not just for my experience, but because of the warmth, care, and thoughtful presence I bring to each room. My goal is always to support your students’ growth and your studio’s mission, in a way that feels collaborative and easeful.
Let’s Connect
Whether you’re creating a weekend event, designing continuing education, or just looking to offer your community something a little different, I’d love to be part of it.
